    Function: Inside Sales Reports To: Manager, Inside Channel The Inside Channel Developer is responsible for discovery, recruitment and onboarding of new resellers and partners for the Veeam ProPartner Program. The ICD enables new partners toward promotion to higher levels of Veeam channel program, as well as reactivation and re-engaging partners that have slowed transactions.

    Responsibilities

    o Recruit companies qualified by the Inside Sales Associate team or found in Alliance Partner's/Distributor databases

    o Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving KPIs/Monthly Business Objectives - these will be set on a Monthly/Quarterly basis and measured through the weekly/monthly Salesforce.com activity reports

    o Processing of potential partner lists (VMware partners, Microsoft partners with Virtualization/Management competency)

    o Position Veeam to the new partners and gather partner account profile information

    o Drive ProPartner Portal and Partner University adoption

    o Gathering data on company profile of new Veeam resellers (business model, size of the company and growth trends, composition of sales department, main vendors, marketing strategy)

    o Processing of applications on the ProPartner Portal, checking for errors and duplicate requests

    o Conversion of existing Salesforce leads and merging duplicate account

    o Providing necessary information to new partners to support a successful start of Veeam sales and introduce them to the advantages and main features of ProPartner Program (this includes but not limited to Partner levels, Qualification parameters, Product portfolio, Pricing and licensing rules, Current incentives and Promos)

    o Defining a roadmap for future collaboration, arrangement of calls, scheduling WebEx presentations/on-site visits

    o Conduct account mapping for pipeline generation and follow-up on discovered projects

    o Propose status upgrades and the articulate on the benefits of status upgrades

    o Handling incoming requests and proactive follow-up on fulfilling of criteria

    Requirements

    o Sales experience is a plus; knowledge of IT industry preferred

    o Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

    o Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities

    o Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships

    o Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter

    o Exceptional verbal and presentation skills written communications skills

    o Excellent written and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools o Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce or similar CRM, etc)

    o Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)

    o Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry

    o Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
