Recruiter with French & English

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree within Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline;
-At least 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience;
-Proficiency in French and English;
-Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;
-Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
-Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the entire recruitment process;
-First contact person throughout the whole application process;
-Active search of candidates;
-Create and publish the recruitment ads;
-Screening of applicants (phone and face to face interviews);
-Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
-Building a database of suitable candidates;
-Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;
-Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.
