    The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing and leading the inside sales teams by overseeing sales, operations and strategies for new and existing customers of Veeam Software.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Leads a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Associates, Inside Sales Representatives, Inside Account Managers and Channel Representatives;

    Hiring and onboarding of new team members;

    Executing on a sales strategy to meet/exceed regional and team revenue targets, setting role-based targets, conducting performance management and ensure that the team meets their roles- based KPI's;

    Ensure that the sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goals;

    Collaborating with Regional/Country manager and field sales employees on territory planning and execution;

    Ensure Veeam Core Values are being carried out by all employees on the team;

    Ensure the team is adequately staffed at any given point in time to accommodate the work load on all assigned territories;

    Coordinate sales activities, develop and mentor staff to drive performance and career development;

    Should act as a "go-to" person for the team for any kind of operational and work related issues that they might encounter during the course of their employment; Implementing new initiatives and making sure all staff understand them and abide by them;

    Conduct regular pipe-line reviews and provide an accurate forecast against the quarterly sales quota;

    Making sure the team is using the Veeam CRM system (Salesforce.com) on a regular basis and log all the activities and updates there.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

    Advanced English language

    Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred

    Experience in people/team management is preferred

    Knowledge of virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers

    Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)

    Salesforce.com is preferred
