    The role of WEDOHR as a provider of recruitment services for our clients is to enable partners to focus on business development and take on the role of identifying and attracting the most suitable candidates for partner organisations.

    Requirements

    What we are looking for in a candidate:

    • Good English speaking skills (French speaking skills are appreciated, but not required);

    • Degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics;

    • Previous work experience as a credit controller;

    • Proficiency in Accounting and Office software;

    • The ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.

    • Strong communication skills;

    • The ability to deal with problematic clients.

    Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities include:

    • managing and collecting debts from company’s debtors;
    • setting up the terms of credit for new clients;
    • managing the collection of all payments and debts;
    • responding to client inquiries;
    • preparing statements and reports for the company accountant;
    • managing the sales ledger;
    • liaising with customers and the sales team.

    Other daily responsibilities include:

    • cash allocation;
    • sharing the prepayment received with client services team;
    • checking and answering emails;
    • updating ledgers and chase accounts manager every Monday morning;
    • updating ledgers for old debt weekly;
    • chase clients for overdue invoices.
