    Requirements is looking for a Strategic Development Leader for an IT Consulting and Software Development Company.


    • Minimum 5 years of proven Sales/ Hunter/ Business Development Manager experience with complex business software solutions (ERP’s, BI’s or other business solutions);
    • Sales experience in some of the following markets: utilities, oil & gas, technical service providers, general contractors, equipment service providers, property management providers;
    • Experience in conducting discussions with mid and top management leaders in order to identify business needs and match product benefits with those needs;
    • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with mid and senior executives;
    • Experience in selling Field Service Management and Mobile Device Management Software Solutions - would be a plus;
    • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills;
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and track record of successful business implementations;
    • Able to work independently, have a high energy level and competitiveness.


    • Find prospects and leads, develop pipeline and keep track of deals progress;
    • Establish relationship with new and existing customers at all organization levels including mid and senior executives;
    • Focus on understanding customer needs in their business operations for existing or new business development and match them with our product capabilities;
    • Advocate our products, train customers to adopt it;
    • Negotiate with clients, develop sales proposals, prepare and present sales contracts;
    • Maintain a professional and timely approach to meet deadlines.
