jobs.colorful.hr is looking for a Channel Development Leader for an IT Consulting and Software Development Company.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of proven channel development experience with business software and IT & C solutions (ERP’s, BI’s, Business Process Management, IT infrastructure and hardware such as servers, networks, switches, routers, storage etc);
• Channel management experience in some of the following markets: telecoms, utilities, hardware providers, technical service providers, general contractors;
• Experience in conducting discussions with mid and topmanagement leaders in order to identify business needs and match product benefits with those needs;
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills;
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and track record of successful business implementations;
• Able to work independently, have a high energy level, and competitiveness.
• Establish relationship with partners at all organization levels including senior executives;
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing partners;
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business;
• Advocate our products and services, educate and train customers to adopt it;
• Negotiate with clients, develop sales proposals, prepare and present sales contracts;
• Maintain a professional and timely approach to meet deadlines.
