NRM Associate

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Graduated in a Finance/ Business/Economics University Degree
- Have strong MS Excel skills
- Have strong English skills (verbal and written)
- Previous experience would be considered as an asset, but is not required
- Love crunching numbers and possess excellent analytical skills
- Proactive approach to tasks, and good communication

Support monthly price monitoring and analysis, helping identify pricing risks and
opportunities
- Support monthly and quarterly promotional planning and analysis versus Brand
objectives (ROI, MS, Sales)
- Support monthly Customer P&L analysis
- Prepare relevant analysis to respond to ad-hoc requests or business initiatives
- Manage NRM databases and come up with improvement ideas on reporting processes.
- Participate in regular performance meetings with senior leadership
