Consultant for Group Functions IT Quality - IT (TM)

Do you want to be a Consultant for Group Functions IT Quality? These should spark your interest: Overall governance and management of all services under GF IT Q department by:

* Ensuring that Quality service support are in place, implemented, and followed in BMC
* Service reviews are scheduled, in place, and reporting is executed
* First point of escalation then coordinates with the application service owner
* Ensures that service support are in place for each application in production by creating, negotiating, ordering, and monitoring contracts and invoices to suppliers
* Manage the involved providers including admin tasks such as BPA Accounts
* Coordinates with FPQ Service Manager
* Overall ITSM delivery processes are in place for all Q applications and coordinated including change management, incident management, and problem management.
* Manage and control Q Service Budget

This is what it takes to be a successful Consultant for Group Functions IT Quality:

* University degree in business administration/ information technology/economics or equivalent
* Experience in IT Service Management and IT Project Management
* Experience in handling global/large IT services incl. budget responsibility
* Experience in Service and Project Management
* Worked in international teams
