 +5 years of work experience in an IFRS reporting environment
 Strong technical IFRS knowledge
 Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English – advanced level
 Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
 ACCA or a similar professional qualification finalized or in progress
 Self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a high performance environment and with a strong team work spirit

 Providing subject matter expertise on technical accounting as well as practical implications relating to new accounting standards
 Responding to clients’ ongoing ad-hoc accounting queries
 Leading analysis of client transactions and detailed technical accounting analysis, including formal accounting opinions where required
 Providing clients with advice on technical accounting issues and broader impacts of new accounting standards and regulatory changes
 Researching relevant technical and industry developments, participating in or facilitating internal and external knowledge sharing sessions
 Mentoring more junior team members, which may include taking on a performance manager role for more junior team members
 Build and maintain long lasting client relationships
