BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER; Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a systems developer/analyst, preferably in the Financial
Services Industry.
• Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL skills including custom Functions, Views, Stored Procedures, and
Query development
• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or Power BI Paginated Reports
• MDX, DAX
• Dimensional data modeling experience
• Ability to understand business subject matter, workflows
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret
customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group including executives, managers, IT personnel, and subject matter experts
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to see solutions implemented expediently

• The candidate will work directly with business partners throughout the development lifecycle,
from the requirements gathering stage through post implementation support.
• In addition, the candidate will work closely with Global and GCC personnel to develop and
enhance offerings in our portfolio of products.
• This team member will be influential in designing, developing, and deploying Barings’ new
digital reporting platform, working with cutting edge Business Intelligence and Reporting tools
to reduce time to delivery, increase efficiency, and empower self-service data access.
• The position will report to the manager of the Client and Portfolio Reporting team.
