    Description The Senior Associate, Employer Brand & EVP Communications will support employer brand activation and employee value proposition to connect employees and prospective talent to LSEG, its strategy, and its cultural intent. The aim is to increase internal engagement and employee satisfaction and advocacy. Responsibilities: Drive employer brand comms programmes for Romania Site Leader to deliver an integrated Employer Brand strategy that embeds our cultural intent and drives employee satisfaction and advocacy; Drive comms planning and employee engagement around executive events; Serve as Communications Business Partner support for the Site Leader of our Romania office helping them coordinate their strategy and drafting communications to Romania colleagues; Deliver comms to support internal programme and planning. Experience & Knowledge Required: Experience with change comms and employer brand experience; Drive adherence to priorities and key messages; Proven record of advising and delivering on behalf of senior stakeholders; Proven record of aligning multiple stakeholders in pursuit of a shared plan; Experience in communications and/or marketing; Demonstrable experience building strong working partnerships with HR function; Experience embedding narratives and Culture programmes; Financial services experience desirable.
