Minimum of 4 years of engineering management experience, working on complex applications that span multiple
data-centers and/or cloud controllers/environments
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, software design, and
building large systems
Excellency at planning, creating teams and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability.
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment
Experience with VPNs infrastructure and/or Internet security
Advanced knowledge of networking protocols - TCP/IP v4/v6, DNS, OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPSec/IKEv2, QUIC etc;
Experience with service performance, monitoring and load balancing automation
Manage a network engineering VPN team responsible for the design, development, and operation of a highly available
global cloud-based VPN service at scale
Develop software engineering project planning, resource planning, delivery estimates and ensure timely delivery of
Identify staffing requirements and continuously drive recruitment of top talent
Lead the efficient delivery for time sensitive software/product releases at high quality while fostering a culture of
software innovation throughout the implementation stages
Support the professional development and training of your team and continuously benchmark team effectiveness
through regular performance evaluations
Provide performance metrics, project status and team status updates to senior management on a regular basis
Responsible for growth, scale and reliability of our services. End to end ownership for architecture, software
development, infrastructure and the operational component.
