    Cerinte

    - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field (studies related to construction or project management are a plus)
    - Sales experience – at least 1 year (exposure to constructions, architecture, real estate domains represents an advantage)
    - Interested in architectural specifications and construction design elements
    - Goal and results driven
    - Sales oriented attitude, proactive towards availability and response times towards clients and customers
    - Passionate about project coordination
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills
    - Very good command of English
    - Good understanding and/or experience with CRMs and ERPs
    - Good command of MS Office
    - Efficient reporting skills
    - Problem-solving attitude
    - Flexible, adaptable

    Responsabilitati

    - Liaises with potential and existing partners, develops quality relationships and professional connections
    - Participates to generation of new sales opportunities by networking, client/associate referrals, and cold calling, if necessary
    - Suggests the range of products to be specified in the construction & architecture projects
    - Is part of the project ownership and monitors operations throughout allocated projects roll-out
    - Oversees the bid & tendering process and obtains approval from the clients on the commercial proposals; makes sure the contracts are signed and all necessary documents are filled in the platform
    - Makes sure the clients are continuously up to date with the projects implementation
    - Follows-up on payment of the invoices to be done on time by clients
    - Ensures proper closing of each project, according to internal procedures
