    Cerinte

    Gi Group is looking for Sr. Customer Service Specialist for a multinational company that offers commercial and consumer products, engineering services and aerospace systems for a wide range of customers, from private consumers to large corporations and governments.

    Requirements:

    - University Degree;
    - English and German Fluent;
    - Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with contract administration expertise;
    - Self-motivated with good communication skills;
    - Any other European Language skills a plus (French, Italian, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch);
    - Knowledge of ERP – SAP, Siebel.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Work as part of a successful Order Management Team responsible for delivering all aspects of Order Management administration;
    - Order processing by using SAP, Siebel;
    - Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/ amendment;
    - Responsible for correct input in ERP: technical and commercial details, quantities, sales and acquisition price, terms and conditions of delivery;
    - Tracking orders placed at the supplier and their delivery in time to the warehouse or to the final customer for direct deliveries;
    - Solving issues related to wrong delivery, delays, rejected product returns;
    - Generating invoices, cancel invoices for returned goods and notifying customer and collection department;
    - Tracking the delivery dates requested by customers, in close connection with the purchasing department, by providing reports.
