    Requirements

    Experience: minimum 5 years in an HR role (preferably generalist), with at least two years of management.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Familiarity with HR strategic and operational functions
    • Comfortable having direct conversations with all seniority levels of an organization
    • High social intelligence
    • Knowledge of Romanian labor law, including GDPR

    Responsibilities

    1.Talent Management
    • Own the talent acquisition function, including scoping needs, proactively recruiting, leading managers through the selection process, hiring, and onboarding.
    • Improve job scoping (job descriptions) for every position and facilitate dialogue between managers and employees about expectations.
    • Consult with management on use of personnel in executing business strategy, including the required number and seniority of people in each role and assist incorporating hiring plans into the budget.

    2. Learning and development
    • Asses training needs, plan and develop programs for employee learning, development, and succession planning

    3. Compensation and benefits
    • Collaborate with management on compensation and benefits packages, adding structure/benchmarking to ensure internal and external equity.

    4.People Operations
    1. Manage relationship with external HR administration and payroll outsourcer
    2. Ensure compliance with Romanian labor law and other relevant regulations.
    3. Evaluate appropriateness of and recommend to management any applicant tracking systems or other HRIS to facilitate digitization and streamlining of people management.

    5. Performance review
    Organize and assist management in executing a structured, timely, and effective performance review process.

    6. Organizational culture
    • Design, coordinate, and execute actions to align team on business strategy, organizational planning, and/or branding and values objectives.
    • Lead the deliberate strengthening of organizational culture by advising top management on leadership and creating programs and/or events that reinforce organizational values
