• Degree in engineering, logistics/SCM, business administration preferred
• Experience in a similar or an account management role
• Broad experience in similar role, Logistics, SCM, Operations department
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP based systems (JDA planning tool is a plus)
• Knowledge and understanding of planning and inventory management concept – APICS CPIM certification is a plus
• Advanced Excel knowledge and high analytical and numerical skills
• Influencing and persuasive
• Ability to challenge factually and work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Planning and project management skills a must
• Drive fulfillment processes across critical enabling cross-functional teams to support customer delivery expectations;
• Analyze and report all required information/data of the sales order book and inventory to ensure on time delivery according to customers requirements, analyze allocation issues and recommend alternative allocation strategies for specific situations to management as needed;
• Manage inventory and troubleshoot technical problems to resolution;
• Work closely with the OM and Logistics teams to ensure goods flow is properly managed;
• Coordinate and support the return/CNs process;
• Availability and supply demand balancing monitoring of supply-demand and communication with SC to ensure the right supply intakes;
• Act as business partner and support Operations/Sales/3PL teams with fact-based analysis and assumptions to assure a normal flow of all related processes. Prepare inputs for the internal meetings to allow decision taking on the District operational flow, highlighting issues like excess stock, constraints, order management blockages etc.;
• Analyze TPW costs performance and other Order management KPIs. Defines root causes/corrective actions collaborating with other functions as input for next planning cycles;
• Phase-in/Phase-out mgt: Recommend items for de-stocking based on inventory turnover/ageing and excess analysis. Maintain/control plans, highlight issues of supply-demand discrepancies;
• Inventory Management: Regular review of the commercial inventories. Recommend optimal safety stock levels based on requested service level and inventory targets.
