      Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Manages distribution of internal correspondence;
    • Develops and keeps up-to-date extensive excel file trackers (company cell phones, parking benefits, office supplies inventory and demand lists, stationery, etc);
    • Keep uninterrupted loop of communication with the entire admin team and the office building techs;
    • Uses SL specific software and ordering platforms (SAP ITT, ePacs, ARC, etc) to activate/de-activate badges, report monthly utilities consumption, place Purchase Orders;
    • Follows-up constantly on approvals for both PO/non-PO spend;
    • Other duties as required by internal clients.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • MS Office proficiency;
    • Good command of both written and spoken English;
    • Communicative, pro-active and problem solving attitude;
    • Available for daily physical presence in the office;
    • Fast adapter to constant working environment changes (management, procedures, policies);
    • Good communication skills;
    • Detail-oriented and organized;
    • Good planning and time management skills.
