With these skills, you are a great candidate:

- Very strong written and oral communication skills. This includes the capacity to summarise at exec level statements in the right manner within PPT/word documentation. Ability to communicate with impact and chair meetings with large audiences.
- Experience in working in a globally distributed matrix organisation.
- Experience in business planning and governance control.
- Good understanding of IT software lifecycle. applicative domains and Telco sectors.
- 5+ years of experience in an Agile PMO, planning or corporate governance role with interaction with senior leaders.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written);
- Any Project Management certification; SAFe is preferred

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

- The resource will support the Command Centre lead in the organization of the portfolio governance (periodic portfolio sync and strategic reviews), assuring lean budgeting and guardrails for initiatives, fostering excellence by measuring portfolio KPIs across the portfolio and all IT initiatives / locations.
- The Lean Portfolio Manager enables IT management in decision-making by providing transparent reports on end-to-end picture on portfolio delivery and from the entire Nucleus programme. The tracked metrics include, but are not restricted to, cost , benefit realisation, risk/issue tracking, status report.
- This role is responsible for timely and accurate updates to key business and technology stakeholders ensuring transparency and visibility on local IT activities / funding, coordinating budget planning and IT financial reporting.
- Creates management reports on portfolio delivery and operations performance by leveraging data for Nucleus programme ( IT part )
- Ensures timely, regular and consistent communication to all local IT stakeholders – business lines, technology, management.
- Support the management team of Nucleus IT in business- decision-making by providing relevant demand, budget, status information.
- Establish governance processes for _VOIS IT and ensure alignment with governance model of other stakeholders.
