Development Purchasing Buyer - CES (TM)

Job Description:

* Responsible for the cost of BOM for specific development project;
* Purchasing Representative in Project team from acquisition phase until SOP (G20-G90) and interface to Category Management and Suppliers, Plant Purchasing, Suppliers & development;
* Accurately and timely process all purchase request according to the defined procedure.
* Conclude contracts with Prototype Suppliers: NDA, BPCoC;
* Ensure necessary transparency and documentation of Prototype Sourcing decision according to the Compliance rules;
* Responsible for sourcing for new BOM components;
* Create competition amongst supplier base;
* Develop and sustain relationships with all stakeholders;
* Constantly negotiation to improve the cost situation in their own area of responsibility;
* Create Systematic PVO Analysis to define focus & identify cost saving potential;
* Ensure sourcing in time and below target.

Job Requirements:

* Academic degree in business administration or engineering;
* Management skills, tools and techniques which ensures a strategic, profit and resulted oriented handling;
* Communication skills including Presentation and Negotiation techniques;
* Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques;
* Communication skills - good written and verbal abilities;
* Attention to details.
