    • Bachelor degree and 5 year' experience in paint and coatings.
    • Proven track record in generating opportunities and closing new business.
    • Proven track record establishing robust pricing strategies that meet market needs and optimize product margins and profitability.
    • Creativity and accountability.
    • Organizational skills to properly address/escalate issues and achieve results.
    • Comfortable to operate within a multi-national, multi-cultural, matrix and fast-growing organization.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
    • Ability to set priorities and perform under stress.
    • Strong attention to details and accuracy when creating, reviewing, and analysing information for the business.
    • Good command of English language.
    • Availability to travel


    • Develops contacts and relationships with new and existing Customers to sell products, introduce new or alternative product lines, and grow sales in alignment with the guidelines provided by the competent Sales Manager.
    • Research, analyses and reports on industry trends and data that impact business' volume, margins, and market share.
    • Manages the development of Customers by attending industry trade shows and developing business networking.
    • Manages the execution of multiple sales and related business strategies by streamlining programs and coordinating activities.
    • Develops business plans for specific market opportunities.
    • Reviews progress against plan to continuously assess commercial potential and ensure profitability.
    • Identifies strategic partners to develop business opportunities.
    • Collects and analyses market data that can support decisions regarding specific opportunities. Applies a working understanding of product lines and applications to ensures Customer’ satisfaction.
    • Develops pricing strategy and ensure price architecture is robust for the business and remains current with market fluctuations.
    • Supports margin improvement and proactively analyse pricing impact and P&L deviations.
    • Provides input to the competent Sales Manager to prioritize product development, define strategic market analysis, costing and pricing.
    • Develops reports that capture market and product analysis to support business review.
    • Monitors periodic financial management reports to measure product sales activity, year-to-date performance against budget, market conditions, and competition metrics.
    • Support Marketing in defining promotional tools and local sales tactics to drive sales growth through product pricing, promotional tactics, and distribution channels.
