    Our client is a well-known brand specialized in software for the creation and publication of a wide range of content, including graphics, photography, illustration, animation, multimedia/video, motion pictures, and print.

    So, what’s the role all about?

    To provide phone/ e-mail assistance to German customers regarding technical issues To provide tool support to customers (how to fix errors, bugs) based on the knowledge from our internal training To listen carefully to customer needs To be able to understand client requests and provide solutions

    Our top candidate has:

    B2/C1 level of German (verbal and written)
    B1/B2 level of English (verbal and written)
    Willingness to start a career in a multinational working environment
    Interest in learning and developing new skills on the job
    Advanced PC skills
    Motivation and flexibility
    Team spirit
