    • University graduate and post-graduate with background in Administration, Tourism, Economics, Finance, with 1-3 years of experience;
    • Working knowledge of English;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Should be well versed with MS Office;
    • Good presentation skills;
    • Problem solving ability, good analytical skills;


    • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages;
    • Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public;
    • Registering and distributing all incoming invoices and post mails;
    • Keeping a track of the admin expenses;
    • Ordering stationery and other office consumables;
    • Organizing some events for the company (conference/party);
    • Support for travel requests : flight/accommodation booking and travel insurance; helping employees in preparing the travel documents (tickets, check-in, etc);
    • Participate in the inventory process and audits;
