    HILL International has been working on the Romanian market since the 90’s, successfully conducting searches for top management and middle management roles in the Finance, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, Computers and Information Technology areas for international and multinational companies present in Romania (Agribusiness, Automotive, BPO/Call Center, Finance/Banking, Construction/Chemical/Plastic, FMCG, Oil&Gas, Pharma, Transportation/Logistics, etc).

    Requirements

    For an international leading player in renewable energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Presales Technical Consultant to further develop local team impact.

    Expected from you:

    - Your strong interest and acumen in energy is supported by a Bachelor degree in Faculty of Electrical Engineering, or other similar technical domain.
    - You have proven experience of more than 2 years in a company in the field of energy.
    - Your excellent analytical thinking are completed by good communication abilities and capacity to meet dead-lines and work in a fast pacing environment.
    - You are fluent in English, self-responsible and you are proficient in functioning independently and in international teams.
    - Willing to permanently grow professionally you are motivated to further develop in renewable energy sector.

    Responsibilities

    - You will contribute to the set-up of the company business strategy by collaborating with the customer in order to prepare and deliver an appropriate technical solution, while meeting customer’s business requirements.
    - You will structure and produce compelling sales proposals including commercial and technical documentation, coordinating together with internal support teams in preparation of technical and commercial proposal.
    - You will prepare and deliver presentations to customers, communicating to the customers’ technical proposals in a professional manner and to agreed timeframe.
    - You will deliver sales pitches demo, presentation and proposals to potential clients, developing and preparing the business plan for investment projects according to existing business models.
    - You will have an active contribution in supporting negotiation with the customer upon technical and commercial proposal and you will structure, prepare and negotiate contracts according to existing business models as well as involving legal department in preparation of complex contracts.
