English language
Mature determined, resilient character with integrity, reliability and resourcefulness. 
Able to work with people at all levels from project manager to workmen. 
Good people management skills, good health, tecnical background.
Minimum 5 years previous experience of managing HVAC installations / projects within the building services contracting industry. Chillers / VRF / VRV systems

To supervise the construction and delivery of the company’s HVAC projects from conception to completion of the works at site.
Ensuring accordance with the contract documents and specifications, developing a professional team to work under limited supervision. 
Lead, motivate and support the company’s team of engineering staff and sub-contractors in the day-to-day work of the project / installation.

Contract: 24 months contract, possibility to be extended.
Salary / package: Salary paid direct to overseas account- monthely salary 5000 - 7000 USD
Local living allowance.
Return flights to expat's home country, Accommodation, Car and Driver provided.
