    Client Description:

    Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a leading company in modular construction solutions in Europe, operating worldwide and providing the modular solutions for a wide variety of business needs, including building sites, industrial facilities, public sectors, stores, offices, commercial events and storage.

    We are looking for a HR Generalist based in Bucharest/Ilfov (offices are in Magurele area) who will be responsible for HR activities in Romania and Hungary (50-60 employees).

    In this position, you will take care about all scope of activities connected with employee life cycle to be in place. 

    Will directly report to HR Manager Eastern Europe based in Poland and dotted line to the Country Manager of Romania and Hungary.

    The role can require 10-20% of travel ( mainly Sibiu and Budapest).



    Responsibilities:

    Main Activities:

     

    Personal Administration:

    ·      Interface with employees to help them in their HR needs: act as first point of contact for HR related questions via phone, chat, e-Mail, personal meetings.

    ·      Update HR data in the system and data bases with personal information changes

    ·      Ensuring legal compliance of HR processes in Romania and Hungary.

    ·      Create personal documents: contracts, addendums for various changes e.g. new comers contracts, positions changes, departures, promotions, job descriptions

    Compensation & benefits:

    ·      Involvement in payroll and bonus calculation (in cooperation with Finance and Payroll provider)

    ·      Ensuring all bonus and benefits regulation in place and updated

    ·      Implementing group solutions and adapting to local needs

    ·      Take care about Employer Branding

    ·      Selecting and implementing the best providers (job portals, schools, universities etc) to attract the best candidates

    ·      Interviewing and selecting candidates, giving the recommendation to the business.

    ·      Ensuring People performance review in place

    ·      Taking care about trainings and people development

    ·      Implementing and leading well-being solutions for employees


    Candidate Profile:

    Requirements:

     

    ·      MA/BA in HR or Finance studies

    ·      English knowledge able to communicate verbally and in written within the group

    ·      Romanian and Hungarian to be able to ensure proper HR processes and legal compliance

    ·      Computers skills: Excel, Word Power point

    ·      Knowledge of Atlas, Power BI, Compard or other payroll systems from Ro or HU would be the advantage

    ·      Knowledge about the Romanian law and openness to learn Hungarian if it is not in place yet.

    ·      Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR

    ·      Team player

    ·      Goal oriented

    ·      Ability to work under the time pressure

    ·      Able to present during the meetings the helicopter view as well as taking care about the details accuracy

    ·      Discretion and good manners
