    What does it take to be the kind of Executive Assistant can't do without?

    • IT literacy – is a must for any assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other tools that might be used in the organization (such as project management tools)
    • Clear and Strong Communication skills- You will be the first point of contact for vendors as well as the go-to person internally.
    • Initiative and drive- Our culture is based on innovations as well as teamwork for this reason we appreciate the initiatives and seek to improve the way we work with every occasion which may occur
    • Excellent organizational abilities- is crucial for any admin. Every day, a new situation arises in our team requiring quick decisions and immediate action
    • Strong detail orientation- remembering and noticing tiny things is a breeze. With a wide range of tasks that can occur you need to be able to deliver a high-quality work under variate deadlines
    • High level of reliability, diligence, professionalism, and discretion.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Deliver/Review documents, briefing papers, reports, minutes and presentations - deck consolidation, template creation,
    • Experience with virtual meetings tools
    • English mandatory

    Responsabilitati

    • Supporting Management and Sales teams
    • Research- on a variety of topics depending on the needs of the business
    • Budget management – events, projects, expenses.
    • Primary accounting and HR Admin
    • Performing the onboarding/offboarding process
    • Maintaining physical and digital archives

    Alte informatii

    Depending on your experience and expertise, you can expect a compensation package as follows:

    • Advanced Office skills & fluent English, as well as previous experience with primary Accounting, Customer Service, HR Admin & Vendor Management: +4500 lei net
    • No work experience, excellent Office skills & fluent English: 3000-3500 lei net
    • No work experience, average Office skills & fluent English: 2500-3000 lei net

    This is a hybrid role: you may need to visit our Bucharest office for one day a week or run different errands as per business needs.
