    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    • University degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical or chemical preferred)
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical-commercial sales (preferably in the process
    automation industry)
    • Relevant knowledge of the process industry
    • Languages: Italian – intermediate/advanced level (mandatory), English: intermediate/advanced level
    • PC skills: MSOffice, Internet

    Responsibilities

    • Review the Request for Quote
    • Prepare and send customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially
    verified, and offer the best all-round solution.
    • Pro-active follow-up of quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales.
    • Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority.
    • Make contact with inactive customers to reactivate the relationship and explore opportunities.
    • Answer customer questions, both technical and commercial.
    • Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM and other tools as required.
    • Document customer satisfaction feedback in CRM, following up as appropriate.
    • Provide product- and application information to external- and internal customers.
    • Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.
    • Attend meetings with customers and/or field sales and sales meetings as required.
