    For our customer, one of the leading IT & BPM services provider committed to deliver innovation and business excellence across the entire spectrum of Travel, Transportation and Hospitality domain, we are looking for Contact Center Agent.

    Required knowledge:
    • Customer Service & Sales skills (for inbound calls);
    • Communication: excellent communication skills in German and medium in English;
    • Good communication skills with customer service skillsl;
    • Education qualification: graduate in any discipline/Under graduate.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    • Exemplary customer service on customer calls;
    • Answer inbound calls from passengers and handle queries about new airline bookings, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of airline travel like frequent flier program, baggage queries, flight information etc.
    • Data entry in various platforms;
