    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in management or relevant specific position;
    Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices;
    Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles;
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English);
    Advanced skills in operating MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
    Good analytical/critical thinking.

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities:

    Supervising and tracking of 3rd party specific contractual facilities service activities;
    Planning and coordinating construction works, refurbishments and installations;
    Managing the upkeep of facilities equipment and supplies to be aligned with health and safety standards;
    Assessing buildings structures to determine the need for repairs/renovations in order to provide proper information to the external collaborator;
    Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs;
    Supervise the outsourced facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.);
    Control/monitor activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal and others;
    Manage office spaces according to internal needs;
    Handle local improvements plans, services contracts, authorizations and any other legal requirements.
