What will you do?
- Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for current open positions;
- Create job descriptions for open positions and use tools like LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms to promote available jobs;
- Source, attract, and select the right talent by facilitating sourcing, screening interview, assessment, and selection;
- Conduct interviews for different positions;
- Pre and post-interview discussions, coordinate the feedback process;
- Manage the communication with our partners regarding the candidates proposed;
- Manage client's requests and find the best candidates that can meet our client's expectations;
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve the processes and candidate experience;
