    Requirements

    Qualifications
    • IT literate
    • Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint
    • Knowledge of SAP desirable
    • Desirable experience in employee engagement and administration
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proves intercultural adaptability and sensitivity
    • Loyalty, commitment, engagement and confidentiality
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all organizational levels
    • Required to handle a large volume of work and data entry.

    Responsibilities

    The Position holder is responsible for Western Europe population, as a Relocation & Mobility Benefits Administrator Intern reporting to the Western Europe Relocation & Mobility Benefits Team Lead.
    Successful Position holders are diligent, and detail oriented with attention to detail, task driven, excellent communication skills, service delivery focused, and work well in teams.

    Responsibilities
    • Responsible for WE Relocation & Mobility benefit administration
    • Supports the WE Relocation & Mobility benefit team
    • Third party service initiations
    • Review monitor and validate invoice submissions
    • Develop extensive relationships with HR population to enable effective support
    • Interact and build relationships with third party suppliers
    • Provide support and query resolution to employees on all UK Relocation and Mobility topics
    • Support WE Relocation & Mobility Benefits Team with policy and process enhancements
    • Ad hoc projects as required
