Cerinte
What critical skills are needed for this position?
• Fluency in English and Spanish;
• Bachelor Degree - preferable in Finance/Commerce;
• Previous experience in source to pay / accounts payable / travel & expenses;
• Good verbal & written communication skills;
• Organized and attention to detail;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Previous exposure to ERP (SAP) tools would represent an advantage;
• Customer-oriented and a good team player.
What will be your duties and responsibilities in this job?
• Process claims as per T&E policy;
• Audit supporting documents versus claim form;
• Process end of employment cases;
• Track, consolidate and post items which are VAT relevant;
• Process Travel Lodge Card payments;
• Performs quality checks;
• Communicate efficiently with client for exceptions / escalations/ queries via email and phone;
• Mentor and assist new hires in their accommodation period;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the performance indicators according to the contract with the client;
• Providing data for the monthly calculation of performance indicators;
• Making reports, testing new procedures & programs, creating and updating SOPs;
• Periodically checking the management accounts.
