Your profile:

Graduate accounting profile University
Basic accounting and fiscal knowledge
Experience with accounting software, SAP and Excel would be an asset
Advance English skills
Analytical thinking, well organized and good attention to details
Team oriented, enthusiastic and flexible
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

As a Junior Accountant, you will work with a Senior Accountant and you will be trained on the job to:

issue invoices base on drafts
post AR credit notes and invoices into SAP
review and SAP corrections for AR invoices
follow up on BS accounts balance, postings on BS accounts
hardcopy controller role for submitted expense reports
check VAT for the invoices processed during current month, ask for corrections
support team during statutory audits, fiscal tax inspections
may issue any other nonstandard invoices for debts and follow recovery, communication with Payroll team about fringe benefits taxation
fixed asset postings in SAP
advise shared service center on correctness of postings
treasury tasks, communication with banks
monthly and quarterly reporting to National Bank of Romania and the National Institute of Statistics
support for employees related to specific issues
