Coating Production Leader

Fluency in English;
3-5 years’ experience in a company in the automotive industry – coating or metal coating departments – cataphoresis;
Higher technical education (e.g., TCM, Mechanics etc.);
Experience in team management area;
Will be responsible for about 20 people (production operators, specialists and team leaders);
Knowledge of SAP, Office Package;
Knowledge of Kaizen and 5S;
Good communication, analysis and synthesis skills;
Strong reporting skills;
Knowledge of metal coating processes;
Availability to travel abroad for trainings;

Supervises with the operational team the commissioning of new equipment;
Follows up and manages continuous improvement projects in series production;
Identifies problems in the metal coating process (root cause analysis);
Coordinates the subordinate team and provides technical support in operational activities;
