Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years of previous relevant experience;
• Fluent English spoken and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience of sourcing, procurement and supply chain management;
• Ability to comprehend and interpret engineering drawings, quality systems requirements, component requirement and customer specifications;
• Experience in establishing and managing pricing agreements with strategic suppliers;

• Develop strategies for various commodities such as: casting, machined parts, forged & soft parts;
• Negotiate with suppliers’ long-term agreements, focused on cost containment, quality, lead time reduction and payment terms improvement;
• Assesses suppliers’ capacity, makes analysis of cost and benefits, ability of complaints and SCAR management;
• Run Electronic bids for direct/indirect materials to help drive lower costs;
• Resolve supply issues and develop supply chain risk mitigation and contingency plans, to improve material availability.
