Who we're looking for:
A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Benefits administration
Very good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
Excellent in Excel& PowerPoint
A client-oriented approach, we are operating at a fast pace and do our best to serve our internal clients in the most relevant
Great command of English
Good organizational skills and high accuracy level
Ability to proceed with a lot of information and data
Team-player attitude and, last but not least, a good sense of humor :)
Your future role:
Administrate the benefits plan for employees
Work closely with the Benefits online platform service provider as well as with other benefit providers
Run monthly benefit reports
Lead and promote C&B communication and interpret C&B policies and procedures to business leaders and employees
Work closely, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of employee benefits
