Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.
− 1-3 years’ experience in recruiting (it would be nice to have experience in IT field), conducting interviews and be able to spot the required profiles
− Intermediate English language level
− Flexible, adaptable, and fast learner person, team worker
− Nice to have diploma in Human Resources or any related field
− Partner with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs
− Elaborate strategies to find suitable candidates for various projects (for clients or internal openings)
− Search for passive candidates for a variety of IT profiles, using head hunting methods and different channels
− Conduct phone interviews and schedule technical discussions with hiring/technical managers and the candidates
− Providing feedback to candidates and making the hiring offers
− Proactively research and understand the local market, including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bindings, and potential opportunities
