    Job responsibilities:

    - Responsible for managing, planning and Implementation of customer loyalty, retention and reactivation campaigns for company’s brands: through email marketing campaigns, SMS, push notifications, that drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, loyalty, decreased churn, and increased retention rates for our online gambling platform (casino and betting),
    - Optimizing marketing automation system to ensure our multi-channel communications effectively deliver content to appropriate target audiences through a variety of channels.
    - Monitoring, analyzing and reporting implemented marketing campaigns
    - Create and implement promotions
    - Responsible for analyzing the BI results as to support key decision for creating effectiveness promotions.
    - Preparing creatives for campaigns / promotions, by working closely with the graphic designer.
    - Support the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
    - Develop, deliver and continually enhance data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns including managing them through the campaign development and execution process (setup the consumer journeys, NL/SMS sending, reporting, dashboards, overview of the creative materials delivered from designer).
    - Create audience segmentation logic using a variety of data sources and elements to create and deliver personalized messages and landing pages to campaign audiences.
    - Build communication flow to ensure optimal timing and frequency of messaging.
    - Accurate reporting and status updates as to support key decision within the coordinated campaigns
    - Evaluate executed activities and provide recommendations and solutions to enhance effectiveness of future campaigns.
    - Working close with the graphic designer, digital marketing manager and customer care manager.
