Formerly known as ING Tech, as of 2022 we provide borderless services with bank-wide capabilities under the name of ING Hubs Romania and operate from two locations: Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.

Given the representation function of the Reception Host, the ideal candidate would have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Reliable nature and trustworthy with handling information
• The ability to work well under pressure

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

• greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the building
• keep record of access cards
• ensure a smooth flow of internal/ external correspondence
• acts as a contact point and can offer information about the company and the new office

Your role

We are looking for an enthusiastic host for our brand-new office downtown Bucharest.

In this role, they will be acting as a first contact point for all our staff and visitors carrying our company's image & values.
As such we're looking for someone whose personality, style, and energy fits that of a young, modern company, with a forward-looking outlook.

As a Reception Host, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception area, ensuring the highest quality of service and create positive impressions to our colleagues and visitors.
