Job role We are seeking a curious, intuitive, and self-motivated communicator to support internal communications on channels, content creation and campaigns for Allianz Services. This role requires great relationship building, problem solving and communication skills. The role would suit a detail-orientated people person with a passion for internal storytelling and connecting employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to various AZ Services global Communications projects, including the Allianz strategic partnership with IOC
    • Develops internal activations & communication campaigns in collaboration with the project manager for Allianz strategic partnership
    • Manages the implementation of the campaigns and actively support the project team in driving employee awareness about the partnership
    • Preparing, compiling and creating content for internal communication, i.e. composing, editing, and producing communications for internal target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, internal wiki articles, e-mails etc. for the assigned projects.
    • Develop and distribute  templates and materials on various communication channels
    • Provides input and contribute to improving communications processes to ensure smooth running and more effective results
    • Collaborate with management to ensure timely and transparent communication of strategic and operational decisions
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Journalism, or related field
    • Excellent English written and spoken; other languages a plus
    • Strong Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel; HTML is a plus
    • Knowledge of communication platforms and channels;
    • Relevant work experience in e.g. communications, social media, PR, event management etc
    • 2 to 4 years’ experience in corporate multicultural environment
