Senior Manager, Web Projects

Veeam is seeking a results-driven web project manager to oversee the continuous optimization of our company's corporate websites. You will manage a global team that works collaboratively with our key stakeholders such as, Product Marketing, Global Campaigns and IT on projects from concept through to deployment on the live site. Responsibilities

• Manage global team of 5+ people

• Assign, delegate and track tasks and projects across the team, ensuring adherence to SLAs and agreed on timelines

Web Projects

• Optimize the journey for our key personas

• Help drive the strategic direction of the marketing website for our key personas

• Help envision and build new website features, tools and strategies focused on driving website KPIs

• Prioritize, build, execute and measure ongoing initiatives related to website KPIs (growing traffic, generating leads and engaging visitors)

• Leverage user analytics and user testing to: identify points of friction and areas for optimization & ensure journey, pages, content and features are having the desired impact

• Assist in marketing tech stack integrations, and implementation of site functionalities

• Create and manage detailed project plans and provide regular cadence of communication to key stakeholder groups and leadership

• Create and manage high-level project tracking and status updates on high-visibility/high priority projects for leadership

• Manage global team of 5+ people

• Assign, delegate and track tasks and projects across the team, ensuring adherence to SLAs and agreed on timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of team management with high retention rate

• 5+ years of experience in global website management/digital experience (high-tech with IT audience preferred)

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Strong communication skills with an interest in fostering positive relationships

• Excellent critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills

• Data-driven decision making mindset

• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to be flexible and shift priorities

• Attention to detail

• Expertise in the planning, prioritizing and project management

• Experience working with development teams with a sound knowledge of development life cycle

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Russian is a bonus)
