• Providing information about status of Baggage;
• Providing general information about delays:
-liability rules for baggage;
-information on needed documents and necessary contacts;
-information on possible replacements.
• Providing information for subsequent damage reports:
-inform the customers about all relevant needs on subsequent damage reports;
-information on needed document.
• Providing information on existing damage- or loss-reports;
• Providing information about lost items onboard and at airport:
-advice about correct contact;
-advise about status of lost items onboard.
