    Qualifications

     

    • Customer interaction experience
    • Ability of self-learning on live job
    • C1 or equivalent level of competency in French
    • Touch Typist with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm with 85% accuracy (Optional)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Hands on experience of using desktop or Laptop with headset.
    • Comfort in Learning and Using Digital Tools
    • Knowledge of using  Virtual meeting application e.g.; Skype, Zoom or WebEx
    • Intermediate understanding in using Broadband, Wi-Fi or phone internet tethering with desktop or Laptop
    • Willingness to work in 24*7 environment


    Job Description

     

    • Capture the details in the system, follow instructions as mentioned in process manual, deliver goals target as per KPI.
    • Capture the details of the Airway Bill in the Client system.
    • Capture the details of the Bill of Lading in the system.
    • Understand the various documents received from Client and accordingly update the system.
    • Insert  various rate sheets in the system/template  after making changes as per the instructions.
    • Capture the details of the various documents related with Ocean Transportation.
    • Insert the logs received from Client in the Client Application
    • Answer customer calls and provide solutions
    • Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual
    • Deliver the goals and targets as per the defined KPI's

    •  Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager
