    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for understanding, building, working with various metrics, designed with the purpose of analyzing the operational reporting activity in the KYU Department. You will act as a leader of change by participating in the analysis and improvement of the KYU GSC RO processes. The role has significant exposure to the KYU senior management team and internal partners.

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Develop a logical data model for reporting using internal tools and KYU procedures;
    • Design and implement metrics dashboards;
    • Translate stakeholder’s requirements into reporting deliverables;
    • Prepare metrics related presentations and relevant trends analysis for business reviews, using weekly/ monthly matrix reports provided by KYU Reporting Team;
    • Work towards attaining excellent knowledge on internal procedures, processes and business specifics to increase the ability of providing relevant business analysis;
    • Participate in evaluating tool developments/reporting solutions and automations in order to ensure the advancement of technology architecture and data within the organization’s Business Intelligence needs;
    • Gather information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, summarizing details into high-level information;
    • Challenge performance status quo on existing KYU processes and identify improvement opportunities;
    • Identify and address operational and technological risks within the business.

    PROFILE REQUIRED
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role and minimum 3 years experience in a SSC environment;
    • Excellent understanding of metrics and how to evaluate and measure de value of change;
    • Good project management skills;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Proven ability to manage complex situations that combine strategic, financial, operational, management and technological aspects;
    • Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment;
    • Excellent technical and analytical abilities, required in order to create and analyze data-based reports, being able to determine the reporting specification and standards;
    • Fluent Command over English language with excellent report writing and presentation skills;
    • University Graduate;
    • Relevant Business Analyst Certification constitutes an advantage;
    • Basic French language knowledge is a plus.
