Service Coordinator

- fluent in English;
- knowledge of Linux, MySQL;
- must have hardware knowledge;
- beginner knowledge of Bash scripting;
- the ability to complete duties on time while maintaining a high-quality service;
- solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple project tasks simultaneously;
- strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work - environment;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;

Ensure proper functionality from a technical and managerial point of view of the department coordinated, in accordance with our company's strategy;
Provide technical support for issues via email and telephone;
- Organize and verifies the work of others and participate in their training;
- In case of necessity, the service coordinator must intervene in the location of a casino at a client's special request;
- Act as a link between end-users and higher-level support;
- Monitor system and network performance;
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration;
- Install and configure software and hardware according to CMS standards.
