  Job Role Create and publish content for careers.allianz.com, ensuring a consistent candidate experience across all country versions and Operating Entity (OE) landing pages, specifically for English language versions. Responsibilities:

• Create content for Country versions and OE landing pages such as text, graphics, images, videos, and more based on OE input and within Group Talent Acquisition’s content frameworkand strategy
• Ensure content is aligned with Allianz style guides and employ value proposition (EVP)
• Have regular communication with OEs to gather content needs, requirements and new ideas
• Close collaboration with Allianz country locations to create and source content
• Update and edit country websites, upload content, work in the content management system (CMS) for careers.allianz.com
• Have regular alignments with Group Talent Acquisition team to ensure all website versions have the same level of quality including but not limited to content as well as look & feel
• Define and measure efficacy of country versions and OE landing pages as well as share information with OEs in an effort to drive content creation and execution.

• This role will be the main contact person (Key account manager) for all English speaking OEs (Australia, US, Singapore, etc).
• Responsible of regular alignment calls, capture content related needs to update and maintain country website pages, as well as to pro-actively share improvement ideas on content updates
• Responsible for overseeing KAM colleague located in India 
• Regular participation in weekly catch-ups with Global Talent Acquisition team; responsible for updating content on the global website according to the Global Talent Acquisition team requirements and specifications

• Relevant experience in Content writing
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)

• Advanced English in both writing and speaking; other languages is a plus
