• Minimum of 3 years of experience in JIRA
• Scrum experience
• Proficient in Project Setups, JQLs, Issues, workflows, Different schemas, Filters and Dashboard creation
• Good understanding of what Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment means
• Scripting-Skills for implementing automation tasks
• Ability to communicate both in German and English
• IT educational background

• Support JIRA administration within software projects
• Analyze and check current functionalities for identifying improvement potential and exploiting synergies
• Administration of users, workflows, custom fields, security schemes, including access management
• Create, maintain and support reporting in- and out of JIRA, by using advanced filters, dashboards, Advanced Roadmap, interfaces to Power BI, etc.
• Test and work with Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions
• Act as interface to IT-Service for support and troubleshooting
