    Your main tasks will be:



    * Leads a chapter of engineers in a discipline;
    * Responsible for the individual and chapter overall skills and experience;
    * Agile coach and mentor for her/his chapter and possible other organizational structures;
    * Does the evaluation of her/his directs in cooperation with the Scrum Master and Product owner;
    * Acts as Customer for HEaT PMT organization to drive the overall PMT improvements based on the feedback of his/her chapter;
    * Responsible to establish & monitor objective feedback channels to measure the performance of the organization (e.g. KPIs measuring the flow of value through respective areas of the organization, feedback from Business Owners, adherence to strategic directions from Business Owners and Location Leads, feedback from Employees in chapter);
    * Responsible to use received feedback to drive Employee Capability Management, Organizational Environment Development, Subcontracting and Staffing;
    * Responsible to drive employees to operational excellence and ensure individual growth of employees;
    * Responsible to identify and close knowledge gaps in organization;
    * Responsible to build up strategic technology competencies with respect to product portfolio development (e.g. via feedback from Business Owner and Location Leads);
    * Responsible to cover all disciplinary leadership topics for his/her chapter (e.g. resolve team conflicts if team members are not able to solve inter-personal issues, handle refusal to follow given work instructions, handle disciplinary warnings as needed, with HR support);
    * Contributes to the Quotation process with input about staffing and competency availability;
    * Contributes to cost center budget planning with relevant inputs;
    * Responsible for cost tracking (e.g. training, investments, low value assets).

    Job requirements:



    * University degree in engineering relevant domain;
    * 8 years relevant professional experience in engineering relevant domain;
    * Experience acting in a role for leading people in the respective engineering discipline (technical or disciplinary leadership);
    * Experience in managing of and working with agile processes (in a fast-paced, automotive environment);
    * Experience working in international & multi-cultural environments;
    * knowledge of PLC & MLC;
    * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Scaled-Agile (SAFe) Methodologies;
    * Project Management;
    * SW Quality Methods & Measures;
    * English advanced.
