    "Do you want to be a New Product Launch Manager? These should spark your interest":



    * Ensuring a smooth start of production for new products at our international locations;
    * Coordination between the project core team and the production plant as well as the central functions;
    * Creation of production concepts according to lean aspects as a basis for offers;
    * Timely provision of calculation inputs for the acquisition phase of new projects;
    * Coordination of the launch team in the production plant in the conception, planning and implementation of the production lines;
    * Responsible for the creation and tracking of schedules and budget plans in the product launch;
    * Tracking of ramp-up milestones, work packages, results and KPIs;
    * Regular reporting of the status of critical launchings to the Head of Operations;
    * Supporting the plant in applying for manufacturing investments (Capital Requests);
    * Intensive cooperation in the development and design for manufacturing of new products;
    * Support with specifications as well as selection and ordering of test and production equipment;
    * Optimization and tracking of line performance in the ramp-up phase (safe launch planning);
    * Interface for production-related customer communication and support of the plants with customer audits;
    * Cross-departmental cooperation with Business Controlling, Central Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Sales and Program Management.

    Job Requirements:

    This is what it takes to be successful in New Product Launch Manager position:



    * Degree in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualifications;
    * Professional experience of at least 5 years;
    * Sound knowledge of project management and production planning;
    * Knowledge of production technology (especially in the field of automotive electronics);
    * Basics of business administration required;
    * MTM or REFA basic certification desired;
    * High resilience, self motived and taking initiative;
    * Pronounced methodically structured and reliable way of working;
    * Very good teamwork and communication skills;
    * Good PC skills (MS Office, MS Teams and MS Project);
    * Willingness to travel internationally;
    * Very good knowledge of English;
