    Cerinte

    • Minim 2 years of experience as Recruiting Specialist;
    • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements;
    • Passion about HR methods;
    • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes;
    • Thinker and problem-solving skills;
    • Team player;
    • Good time-management skills;
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
    • University degree.

    Responsabilitati

    • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs Plan, develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract high quality applicants (stores);
    • Collaborate with marketing department to promote an employer’s brand and values through social media, print and other communication mediums
    • Plans, develops, establishes and oversees the company’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging websites
    • Managing an internet marketing system to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company.
    • Develops and manages recruitment campaigns using an assortment of media, such as radio, print, billboards, websites, regular postal mail and social media.
    • Coordinate and search resume databases for the most fit candidates
    • Coordinate on finding the best candidate sources
    • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
    • Communicate and counsel with Hiring Managers
    • Developing engagement programs
    • Develop and organise assessment programs to find qualified appropriate candidates
    • Use multi-channel approach to recruit
    • Setting up recruiting events
    • Identify key recruiting KPIs
